Personality Development
In today’s scenario students are required to exhibit their talents in spoken English, communication skills, business writing, business etiquette, presentation skills, leadership skills, team working, group dynamics and interview skills etc. Our in-house programs in Personality Development are supplemented by covering all students enrolled to undergo personality development special sessions, running through all the semesters. This task is performed in association with leading corporate training organizations. We have associated with Randstad a worldwide famous skill development company to groom our students, shape them and make them ready to face challenges from the industry.

Placements
The office liaises with industrial establishments, corporate houses etc., which conduct campus interviews and select graduate and post-graduate students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Office provides the infrastructural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics. Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Auditorium is the latest addition to our infra facilities, which has a capacity to seat 1000 Students with latest audio and visual aids. This is an ideal location for Pre-Placement Presentation.
The Office interacts with many industries in the country, of which nearly 200 companies have visited the campus for holding campus recruitments. The industries which approach the institute come under the purview of:
